TX Man Suing Benjy’s After Electrical Accident

HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS – A man is suing after he was electrocuted while working on a construction site.

Jose and Lucia Hernandez filed suit in Harris County District Court, stating that A Cash Concrete Pumping, Benjy’s Restaurant, and others, failed to provide a safe work environment for their employees.

According to the suit, Jose Hernandez, while working on a construction site for Benjy’s Restaurant, located at 5922 Washington St. in Houston, was electrocuted.

In the suit, Jose and Lucia Hernandez allege Jose suffered extensive physical and mental injuries, while his wife, Lucia, suffered loss of consortium, as a result of the defendant’s negligence.

It was the responsibility of defendant’s, they say, to provide a safe working environment.
Jose and Lucia Hernandez are being represented by Ohio attorney Jack Cherry.  They are seeking compensatory damages and court costs.
